Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) Prevention and Control Revenue Agreement, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Revenue Grant Agreement (Number 19-10560) with the California Department of Public Health for the STD Prevention and Control Program to receive an amount of $161,185.00 for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to make and sign all required certifications under the Grant Agreement No. 19-10560; and c) Determine that this action is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is a government fiscal activity which does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
