Title

Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Agreement with Arista Aviation Services, LLC for Helicopter Maintenance and Upgrade Services (BC-19-282), as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Fire Chief to execute a First Amendment to the Agreement for Services between the County of Santa Barbara and Arista Aviation Services, LLC (BC-19-282), for helicopter inspection, maintenance, and upgrade services needed for the Sikorsky HH60L Firehawk conversion, for a total contract amount of $1,497,703.50;
