Title
Consider recommendations regarding a 2003 Community Development Block Grant Application, Second District, as follows:
a) Adopt a resolution approving a $500,000 General Allocation CDBG grant application to the State Department of Housing and Community Development and authorize the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development to submit the grant application to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development for infrastructure improvements for Mercy Housing's St. Vincent's Garden Family Community at the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 154;
b) Authorize the Director to execute all documents required for submittal of the CDBG application, grant agreement, drawdown of funds, submittal of minor amendment requests and grant administration.
