c) Approve Notice of Exemptions from the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (CEQA) exemption under Public Resource Code, section 21080, subdivision (b) (8) (A) & (B) and Title 14 (California Code of Regulations), Section 15273, for each of the Fee Resolutions.

d) Approve an annual fee adjustment linked to the CPI for the Fee Resolutions, effective July 1, 2008.
