Title: Consider recommendations regarding the One Stop Center Lease Agreement, Fifth District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the original and duplicate original Tenant Estoppel Certificate recognizing Santa Maria Broadway Plaza, L.L.C. as our Landlord under a lease for the use of approximately 43,068 square feet of office space located at 1328-1458 B Santa Maria Broadway Plaza Shopping Center, in Santa Maria, for a period commencing on October 1, 1998 and terminating on October 31, 2008, with a renewal/extension options of two (2) five (5) year terms until October 31, 2018; and b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the original and duplicate original Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement between UBS Real Estate Investments Inc. (Lender), County of Santa Barbara (Tenant), and Santa Maria Broadway Plaza, LLC (Landlord) to reflect that the County's lease with the Landlord shall be unconditional subject and subordinate to a new Mortgage...
