b) Provide direction to staff on any changes that the Board would like to make to the Farmstays Project scope-of-work; and

 

c) Determine that the Board’s actions are not a “project” as defined in the State California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) and Section 15060(c)(3) and are not subject to environmental review.
