Title
Consider recommendations regarding a California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) Grant Application Authorization for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the District Attorney, or her designee, in FY 2020-2021, to execute Certifications of Assurance of Compliance for the following Cal OES grant applications:
i) Victim Witness Assistance Program;
ii) Unserved/Underserved Advocacy Program;
iii) Child Advocacy Center Program (KC);
iv) Elder Abuse Program;
v) Electronic Suspected Child Abuse Reporting System (eSCARS);
vi) County Victim Services (XC);
vii) Human Trafficking Advocacy Program; and
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute, in FY 2020-2021, Certifications of Assurance of Compliance for the following Cal OES grant applications:
i) Victim Witness Assistance Program;
ii) Unserved/Underserved Advocacy Program;
iii) Child Advocacy Center Program (KC);
iv) Elder Abuse Program;
v) Electronic Suspected Child Abuse Reporting System (eSCARS);
vi) County Victim Services (XC); and
vii) Human Trafficking Advocacy Program.
