Time estimate: 3 hours) a) Deny the appeal, Case No. 20APL-00000-00019; b) Make the required findings for approval of the project, Case No. 19LUP-00000-00050; c) Determine that the previously certified Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) (17EIR-00000-00003) is adequate and no subsequent Environmental Impact Report or Negative Declaration is required pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15168(c)(2); and d) Grant de novo approval of the proposed project, Case No. 19LUP-00000-00050.
