Consider recommendations regarding FY 09-10 Agreements for Adult Mental Health Services, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to the contract with PathPoint (a local vendor) in the amount of $1,129,478;
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to the contract with Transitions Mental Health Association (a local vendor) in the amount of $1,317,117;
c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to the contract with Mental Health Association in Santa Barbara County (a local vendor) in the amount of $539,257;
d) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to the contract with Aurora Vista del Mar (not a local vendor) in the amount of $900,000;
e) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to the contract with Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. (a local vendor) in the amount of $149,150;
f) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contractor on Payroll Agreement with Nubia Swain, MD in the amount of $45,760;
g) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contractor on Payroll Agreement with Herman Schornstein, MD in the amount of $45,760;
h) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contractor on Payroll Agreement with William Vollero, MD in the amount of $95,680; and
i) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contracts, provided that any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of each contract's dollar amount.
