Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Agreement, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment to the Agreement with the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Authority for the use of space at several locations to provide homeless and public health outreach services in the community. There are no costs associated with this Agreement; b) Approve and authorize the Director of the Public Health Department, or designee, to authorize the use of additional locations that are owned or managed by Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara in accordance with Article I; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
