Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the American Medical Response West for Non-Emergency Transport Services for COVID-19 Response, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment for American Medical Response West Agreement, to continue providing non-emergency transport services and symptom assessments for suspected and confirmed COVID-19 sheltered clients. This First Amendment extends the term through June 30, 2021, and increases funding by $100,000.00 for a revised total amount not to exceed $350,000.00; and b) Determine that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines, because it consists of the creation of a government funding mechanism or other government fiscal activities, which does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the envi...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the American Medical Response West for Non-Emergency Transport Services for COVID-19 Response, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment for American Medical Response West Agreement, to continue providing non-emergency transport services and symptom assessments for suspected and confirmed COVID-19 sheltered clients.
