Title: Consider recommendations regarding a revenue agreement with Public Health Foundation Enterprises, Inc. DBA Heluna Health for Emerging Issues (E), as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Work Order Agreement 0187.4680 with the Public Health Foundation Enterprises, Inc. Consider recommendations regarding a revenue agreement with Public Health Foundation Enterprises, Inc. DBA Heluna Health for Emerging Issues (E), as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Work Order Agreement 0187.4680 with the Public Health Foundation Enterprises, Inc. DBA Heluna Health to accept funding for the implementation of the Emerging Issues (E) Project Funding for Adjusting Community Mitigation in Response to COVID-19 in the amount up to $323,114.00 with a term of May 1, 2020 through March 31, 2022;

d) Determine that this action is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is a government fiscal activity which does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
