Set a hearing to consider recommendations regarding the County Planning Commission’s recommendation to adopt a general plan amendment, Case No. 18GPA-00000-00001, amending the text and circulation map of the Transportation section of the Orcutt Community Plan to include a new local road connection to the U.S. Highway 101/Union Valley Parkway interchange, which is located in the Orcutt Community Plan Area, Fourth District, as follows:
(Set a hearing for December 15, 2020. Time estimate: 20 minutes)
a) Make the required findings for approval of the proposed general plan amendment, Case No. 18GPA-00000-00001, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings;
b) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, Case No. 19NGD-00000-00013, for the proposed general plan amendment; and
c) Adopt a Resolution to approve the proposed general plan amendment, Case No. 18GPA-00000-00001, amending the text and circulation map of the Transportation section of the Orcutt Community Plan to include a new local road connection to the U.S. Highway 101/Union Valley Parkway interchange.
