Title: Consider recommendations regarding the East Side Storm Drain Outlet Reconstruction Project - Statement of Final Quantities, First District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed and materials supplied for the East Side Storm Drain Outlet Reconstruction Project by the contractor Brough Construction, Inc. (a tri-county vendor), in the amount of $475,945.73; and b) Determine that the Eastside Storm Drain Outlet Reconstruction Project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to State California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15301, Repair and Maintenance of Existing Facilities, as set forth in the Notice of Exemption filed with the Clerk of the Board on that basis on December 9, 2019, and the proposed action is within the scope of that Notice of Exemption.
