Title: Consider recommendations regarding an amendment to the Consulting Service Agreement with Wood Environment and Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (Contractor) for the Countywide Recreation Master Plan, Phase Two, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the professional services agreement with the Contractor in the amount not to exceed $429,999.00 so that the Contractor may assist the County in preparation of Phase Two of the Countywide Recreation Master Plan; and b) Determine that the Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15262 and 15378(b)(4) of the State Guidelines for the Implementation of CEQA, finding that the activities involve only feasibility or planning studies for possible future actions which the Board has not approved, adopted or funded and are the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding an amendment to the Consulting Service Agreement with Wood Environment and Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (Contractor) for the Countywide Recreation Master Plan, Phase Two, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the professional services agreement with the Contractor in the amount not to exceed $429,999.00 so that the Contractor may assist the County in preparation of Phase Two of the Countywide Recreation Master Plan; and
