Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Modoc Road Multimodal Path Gap Closure Project (Phase I), Second District, as follows: a) Approve the Modoc Road Multimodal Path Gap Closure Project (Phase I), Project No. 862416 and authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for construction; and b) Find the Modoc Road Multimodal Path Gap Closure Project (Phase I) is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15304(h) (as the proposed project(s) consists of the minor public or private alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry and agricultural purposes for the creation of bicycle lanes on existing rights-of-way) and approve the filing of the Notice of Exemption on that basis.
