Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the Immunization Local Assistance Revenue Grant Agreement, No. 17-10348, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a Second Amendment to Grant Agreement No. 17-10348 for the Immunization Local Assistance Grant with the California Department of Public Health Immunization Branch to support influenza activities and COVID-19 vaccination activities. Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the Immunization Local Assistance Revenue Grant Agreement, No. 17-10348, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a Second Amendment to Grant Agreement No. 17-10348 for the Immunization Local Assistance Grant with the California Department of Public Health Immunization Branch to support influenza activities and COVID-19 vaccination activities.
