Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with California Psychiatric Transitions, Inc. for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with California Psychiatric Transitions, Inc. (not a local vendor), an Institute of Mental Disease, for the provision of mental health services for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 for a contract maximum amount not to exceed $350,000.00, inclusive of Purchase Order CN 24-351 in the amount of $200,000.00, but which otherwise cancels, nullifies, and supersedes Purchase Order CN 24-351; b) Delegate to the Director of the Department of Behavioral Wellness or designee the authority to make immaterial changes to the Agreement without requiring formal amendment thereto and subject to the Board's authority to rescind this delegated authority at any time; and c) Determine that the above action is a government fiscal activity, which doe...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with California Psychiatric Transitions, Inc. for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with California Psychiatric Transitions, Inc.
