Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Board Contract with Crestwood Behavioral Health Center Inc. for Fiscal Years (FY) 2020-2023, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a First Amendment to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Crestwood Behavioral Health Center, Inc., a Delaware corporation (not a local vendor), for the provision of mental health services and residential treatment services, to increase the contract amount by $600,000.00 for FY 2020-2021 for a new maximum contract amount of $2,100,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023, inclusive of $1,100,000.00 for FY 2020-2021, $500,000.00 for FY 2021-2022, and $500,000.00 for FY 2022-2023; and
b) Determine that the above action is a government fiscal activity, which does not involve any commitment to any specific project that may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment and are therefore not a project under the Califor...
