Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Transportation Development Act-Local Transportation Fund (TDA-LTF) Claim for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-2022, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to file a $2,576,900.00 claim with the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments for an allocation of TDA-LTF funds for FY 2021-2022; and b) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2) (continuing administrative or maintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making), and will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment.
