Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Contract with PowerFlex Systems, Inc. for Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installation, First, Second and Fourth Districts, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Contract (BC20138) with PowerFlex Systems, Inc. increasing the term of the Contract by 386 days to December 31, 2021 for Santa Barbara County Electric Vehicle Charger Installation Project No. 19016; and b) Find that, on February 25, 2020, the Board determined the project to be exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 CRR 15303 because it consists of constructing and locating a limited number of new, small facilities or structures and/or installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures, that a Notice of Exemption was filed on that basis, and that the recommended actions are within the scope of that Notice of Exemption.
