Set a hearing to consider recommendations regarding the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Recommended Budget for Santa Barbara County and Recommended Budget for Santa Barbara County as Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, as follows:
a) Set a hearing for the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Recommended Budget for the County of Santa Barbara to begin Tuesday, June 8, 2021, and continue, if necessary, through Friday, June 18, 2021, with specific hearings scheduled for Tuesday, June 8, 2021 and, if necessary, Thursday, June 10, 2021;
b) Determine pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378 that the above fiscal activities are not a project under CEQA; and
Acting as Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency:
c) Set a hearing for the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Recommended Budget for the County of Santa Barbara as Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency to begin Tuesday, June 8, 2021, and continue, if necessary, through Friday, June 18, 2021, with specific hearings scheduled for Tuesday, June 8 and, if necessary, Thursday, June 10, 2021; and
d) Determine pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378 that the above fiscal activities are not a project under CEQA.
