Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Statement of Final Quantities for the construction of the Sludge Drying Beds Upgrade Project, Fourth District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the construction of the Sludge Drying Beds Upgrade project; Project No. SOLID1, on file in the Public Works Department, for work performed and materials supplied by Spiess Construction Company, Incorporated (a local vendor), in the amount of $4,003,858.83; and b) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378 (b)(5), in that it is a government administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.
