Title: Consider recommendations regarding an agreement with Domestic Violence Solutions for Santa Barbara County for Shelter-Based Domestic Violence Prevention Services, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Domestic Violence Solutions for Santa Barbara County (a local vendor) to provide shelter-based domestic violence prevention services for a total contract amount not to exceed $562,500.00 (Fiscal Year 2021-2022 $112,500.00, Fiscal Year 2022-2023 $112,500.00, Fiscal Year 2023-2024 $112,500.00, Fiscal Year 2024-2025 $112,500.00, and Fiscal Year 2025-2026 $112,500.00), for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026; and b) Determine that the activity is not a "Project" subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(5), since the activity is an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
