Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Second Amendment to the Agreement with Good Samaritan Shelter Services Contract for Discharge Planning Services at the Santa Barbara County Jail, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize, the Chair to execute a Second Amendment to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Good Samaritan Shelter Services (a local vendor) to provide discharge planning services to inmates incarcerated at the Santa Barbara County Jail for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00; and b) Find that the proposed actions do not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(5), in that they are government administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect changes to the environment.
