Title

Consider recommendations regarding Pueblo Radiology Medical Group Professional Service and License Agreements, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Pueblo Radiology Medical Group to provide radiology services for a total amount not to exceed $130,000.00, for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a License Agreement with Pueblo Radiology Medical Group for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023; and

 

c) Determine that the recommended actions are exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA guidelines section 15301 as the actions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing or minor alteration of existing public structures, facilities and/or equipment that involves negligible or no expansion of existing or former uses; and pursuant to CEQA guidelines section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
