Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Flood Control District's Annual Progress Report of the Santa Barbara County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan, as follows: Acting as the Board of Supervisors and the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Receive and file the Flood Control District's Annual Progress Report of the Santa Barbara County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan for 2021 on Flood Control projects included in the Plan, and direct staff to submit the Annual Progress Report to the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and b) Find that the proposed action is related to organizational or administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, and is therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Guideline Section 15378 (b)(5).

Acting as the Board of Supervisors and the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District:

 

a) Receive and file the Flood Control District’s Annual Progress Report of the Santa Barbara County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan for 2021 on Flood Control projects included in the Plan, and direct staff to submit the Annual Progress Report to the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and
