Title: Consider recommendations regarding a California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Mental Health Performance Contract, Fiscal Years (FYs) 2021-2024, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Director of the Department of Behavioral Wellness to execute a $0.00 Performance Contract and Contractor Certification contained therein with the California DHCS for receipt of funds from the Mental Health Services Act, Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness, Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant, Community Mental Health Services Grant, and realignment funds and for compliance with California state laws for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environm...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding a California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Mental Health Performance Contract, Fiscal Years (FYs) 2021-2024, as follows:
