Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Allan Hancock College Foundation Agreement, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Allan Hancock College Foundation for County vaccination site and Food Share Program expenses for a total amount not to exceed $20,000.00 with a period of performance from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0007859 in the amount of $20,000.00 to establish appropriations of $20,000.00 in the Public Health Department's Health Care Fund for expenditures made in support of County vaccination sites and other pandemic support efforts; and c) Determine that the above actions are not a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines, because the actions are the creation of governmental funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitmen...

Consider recommendations regarding an Allan Hancock College Foundation Agreement, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Allan Hancock College Foundation for County vaccination site and Food Share Program expenses for a total amount not to exceed $20,000.00 with a period of performance from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021;

 

b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0007859 in the amount of $20,000.00 to establish appropriations of $20,000.00 in the Public Health Department’s Health Care Fund for expenditures made in support of County vaccination sites and other pandemic support efforts; and

 

c) Determine that the above actions are not a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines, because the actions are the creation of governmental funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
