Title: Consider recommendations regarding United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration Grant Funds for Pathway Home 2 Project, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Director of the Santa Barbara County Department of Social Services, or designee, to accept the funds on behalf of the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board, to receive $2,499,999.00 to provide Pathway Home 2 project for the period July 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2024; b) Authorize the Director of Social Services, or designee, to extend the Pathway Home 2 project Grant Agreement with United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration to allocate the amount of unused funds from the previous Fiscal Year budget to the next Fiscal Year budget, subject to appropriations and budget approval; and c) Determine that the activity is not a "Project" subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the activity is ...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration Grant Funds for Pathway Home 2 Project, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Director of the Santa Barbara County Department of Social Services, or designee, to accept the funds on behalf of the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board, to receive $2,499,999.00 to provide Pathway Home 2 project for the period July 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2024;

 

b) Authorize the Director of Social Services, or designee, to extend the Pathway Home 2 project Grant Agreement with United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration to allocate the amount of unused funds from the previous Fiscal Year budget to the next Fiscal Year budget, subject to appropriations and budget approval; and
