Title: Consider recommendations regarding authorization to advertise and receive bids for the remaining phases of the North Trunk Sewer Lining Project, Fourth District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District: a) Authorize the Public Works Director to advertise and receive bids for the remaining two phases of the North Trunk Lining project; and b) Determine that the action is categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301(b) (Existing Facilities) of Chapter 3 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations (CEQA Guidelines) as set forth in the Notice of Exemption for the North Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation project dated September 26, 2019, accepted October 26, 2019 and posted by the Clerk of the Board office on November 1, 2019, and that the recommended action is within the scope of the Notice of Exemption.

Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District:

 

a) Authorize the Public Works Director to advertise and receive bids for the remaining two phases of the North Trunk Lining project; and
