Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Revenue Agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services for the Cancer Detection Program in the Tri-Counties Region, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Agreement No. 21-10287 with the California Department of Health Care Services to provide regional administrative services for Cancer Detection and Treatment for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 for an amount not to exceed $708,600.00; b) Approve and authorize the Public Health Director to execute future Amendments to the Agreement No. 21-10287 so long as the amount is within 10% and there are no significant changes in the scope of work required under the Agreement; c) Approve and authorize the Public Health Director to make and sign all required certifications under the Agreement No. 21-10287; and d) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4)...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding a Revenue Agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services for the Cancer Detection Program in the Tri-Counties Region, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Agreement No. 21-10287 with the California Department of Health Care Services to provide regional administrative services for Cancer Detection and Treatment for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 for an amount not to exceed $708,600.00;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Public Health Director to execute future Amendments to the Agreement No. 21-10287 so long as the amount is within 10% and there are no significant changes in the scope of work required under the Agreement;

 

c) Approve and authorize the Public Health Director to make and sign all required certifications under the Agreement No. 21-10287; and

 

d) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
