Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the agreement with the University of Redlands for Workforce Education and Training (WET)/Southern Counties Regional Partnership (SCRP), Fiscal Years (FYs) 2019-2021, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amended Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with the University of Redlands (BC19-321), a California Corporation, (not a local vendor), for clinical supervisor training for the WET/SCRP, to extend the Agreement term to December 31, 2021, with no change to contract maximum not to exceed $254,000.00 for the period August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021; and b) Determine that the above action is a government funding mechanism or other government fiscal activity which does not involve any commitment to any specific project that may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pu...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the agreement with the University of Redlands for Workforce Education and Training (WET)/Southern Counties Regional Partnership (SCRP), Fiscal Years (FYs) 2019-2021, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amended Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with the University of Redlands (BC19-321), a California Corporation, (not a local vendor), for clinical supervisor training for the WET/SCRP, to extend the Agreement term to December 31, 2021, with no change to contract maximum not to exceed $254,000.00 for the period August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021; and

 

b) Determine that the above action is a government funding mechanism or other government fiscal activity which does not involve any commitment to any specific project that may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines.
