Title: Consider recommendations regarding the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) Intergovernmental Agreement (No. 21-10034), Fiscal Years (FYs) 2021-2024, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Director of Behavioral Wellness or designee to execute the DHCS DMC-ODS Intergovernmental Agreement (No. 21-10034) for the provision of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment services in the amount of $83,994,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024; and b) Determine that the above action is a government fiscal activity or funding mechanism which does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and is therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA guidelines.
