Title: Consider recommendations regarding Statements of Final Quantities for the Storm Damage Repairs on N. Jameson Lane Guardrail Repairs and Storm Damage Repairs on Hot Springs Road, Project Nos. 18114P and 18115P, First District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statements of Final Quantities for the following projects: i) Storm Damage Repairs on N. Jameson Lane Guardrail Repairs near Bridges BR-0341 (Romero Cr), BR-0342 (San Ysidro Cr), and BR-0343 (Oak Cr), County Project No. 18114P, Federal Project No. ER-38MO(002); and ii) Storm Damage Repairs on Hot Springs Road, County Project No. 18115P, Federal Project No. ER-38MO(005); and b) Determine the above projects were found by the Board to be exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and that the Director of Public Works or designee was authorized to advertise for bids to construct these projects on November 6, 2018. Consider recommendations regarding Statements of Final Quantities for the Storm Damage Repairs on N. Jameson Lane Guardrail Repairs and Storm Damage Repairs on Hot Springs Road, Project Nos. 18114P and 18115P, First District, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statements of Final Quantities for the following projects:

 

i) Storm Damage Repairs on N. Jameson Lane Guardrail Repairs near Bridges BR-0341 (Romero Cr), BR-0342 (San Ysidro Cr), and BR-0343 (Oak Cr), County Project No. 18114P, Federal Project No. ER-38MO(002); and

 

ii) Storm Damage Repairs on Hot Springs Road, County Project No. 18115P, Federal Project No. ER-38MO(005); and

 

 

 

 

 

b) Determine the above projects were found by the Board to be exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and that the Director of Public Works or designee was authorized to advertise for bids to construct these projects on November 6, 2018. A Notice of Exemption was filed on this basis on September 26, 2018, and the proposed action is within the scope of the above reference Notice of Exemption.
