Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 1 to the Revenue Agreement to provide Legal Services between the County of Santa Barbara and Beach Erosion Authority for Clean Oceans and Nourishment (BEACON), as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 to the revenue Agreement to provide Legal Services between the County of Santa Barbara and BEACON, for the past fiscal year term of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, increasing revenue by $5,360.00 for a total revenue of $17,360.00; and b) Determine that the above action is not a "Project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15378(b)(4) and 15378(b)(5) because it consists of government administrative and fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
