Title: Consider recommendations regarding Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC) Membership, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Receive and file information regarding the RCRC; b) Adopt a Resolution authorizing Santa Barbara County's membership in the RCRC; c) Appoint Chair Nelson from the Board of Supervisors to serve as the Santa Barbara County Delegate Supervisor to the RCRC Board of Directors as well as appoint Supervisor Lavagnino to serve as an alternate Delegate; d) Authorize the payment of $7,500.00 for prorated RCRC 2021-2022 membership dues; and e) Determine pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) that the above actions are not a project because they consist of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
