Title: Consider recommendations regarding the appointment of Ismael Paredes Ulloa, and Joanna Gerber to the First 5 Children and Families Commission, as follows: a) Appoint Ismael Paredes Ulloa as a "Community Member" (number 6) of the First 5 Children and Families Commission of Santa Barbara County, to fill an unexpired term that ends June 30, 2024 and a regular term that commences July 1, 2024; b) Appoint Joanna Gerber as a "Community Alternate Member" (number 13) of the First 5 Children and Families Commission of Santa Barbara County to fill an unexpired term that ends June 30, 2022, and a regular term that commences July 1, 2022 for a period of three years; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) since the recommended actions are government administrative activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially significant physical impact o...

Consider recommendations regarding the appointment of Ismael Paredes Ulloa, and Joanna Gerber to the First 5 Children and Families Commission, as follows:

 

a) Appoint Ismael Paredes Ulloa as a “Community Member” (number 6) of the First 5 Children and Families Commission of Santa Barbara County, to fill an unexpired term that ends June 30, 2024 and a regular term that commences July 1, 2024;
