Title: Consider recommendations regarding Children's Medical Services Plan for Fiscal Year 2021-2022, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the Children's Medical Services Plan for funding from the State Department of Health Services for the Children's Medical Services program for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in the amount of $1,747,427.00; b) Approve and authorize the Director of Public Health, or designee, to make and sign all required representations and certifications, and to make changes to the Agency Information Sheet; and c) Determine that the approval, ratification and certification of the above Plan is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is for government fiscal activity that does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the Children’s Medical Services Plan for funding from the State Department of Health Services for the Children’s Medical Services program for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in the amount of $1,747,427.00;
