Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the Immunization Local Assistance Revenue Grant Agreement Number 17-10348, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a Third Amendment to Grant Agreement No. 17-10348 for the Immunization Local Assistance Grant with the California Department of Public Health Immunization Branch to support vaccine preventable disease prevention and surveillance activities and COVID-19 vaccination activities. Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the Immunization Local Assistance Revenue Grant Agreement Number 17-10348, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a Third Amendment to Grant Agreement No. 17-10348 for the Immunization Local Assistance Grant with the California Department of Public Health Immunization Branch to support vaccine preventable disease prevention and surveillance activities and COVID-19 vaccination activities.
