TIME: 20 MIN.) a) Receive and file a report regarding the Behavioral Health Community Assessment and services prioritized from the community assessment process; b) Provide other direction as appropriate; and c) Determine that the above actions are government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities and organizational or administrative activities of the government, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project that may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment and therefore is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(4) and (b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
