Title: Consider recommendations regarding Goleta Valley Library Advisory Commission Member recommendations for re-appointment, Second and Third Districts, as follows: a) Approve the reappointment of Meredith Murr to the Goleta Valley Library Advisory Commission for a second term expiring on June 30, 2025 to represent the unincorporated service area of Goleta Valley; and b) Determine that the recommendation of appointments to the Goleta Valley Library Advisory Commission is not the approval of a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), finding that the action involves government organizational or administrative activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
