Title: Consider recommendations regarding Statements of Final Quantities for the Thomas Fire Debris Flow - Hot Springs Rd. Bridge Rail Repairs Bridge No. 51C-041, Site 1E58, and Lilac Drive Bridge No. 51C-200, Site 1E59; Project Nos. 18108P and 18109C, First District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statements of Final Quantities for the Thomas Fire Debris Flow, Federal-Aid No. PR ER 38MO (001) and 37153; and b) Determine the above projects were found by the Board to be exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and that the Director of Public Works or designee was authorized to advertise for bids to construct these projects on November 6, 2018. A Notice of Exemption was filed on this basis on September 26, 2018, and the proposed action is within the scope of the above referenced Notice of Exemption.
