Title: Consider recommendations regarding the State Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account List of Projects, Fiscal Year 2022-2023, as follows: a) Approve and adopt a Resolution establishing a list of projects for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 funded by the State's Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017; and b) Find that the State Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account List of Projects for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 Cal. Code of Reg. Section 15301(c) (as the proposed project(s) consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities), and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption ...

Consider recommendations regarding the State Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account List of Projects, Fiscal Year 2022-2023, as follows:

 

a) Approve and adopt a Resolution establishing a list of projects for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 funded by the State’s Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017; and

 

b) Find that the State Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account List of Projects for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 Cal. Code of Reg. Section 15301(c) (as the proposed project(s) consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities), and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
