Title: Set a hearing to consider recommendations regarding a Resolution to establish Solid Waste Tipping Fees and Parcel Fees for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, as follows: (Set a hearing for June 28, 2022. Time estimate: 15 minutes) a) Adopt a Resolution, effective July 1, 2022, setting the fee schedule for solid waste handling and disposal at County facilities for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; b) Adopt a Resolution, effective July 1, 2022, setting the Parcel Fee Schedule for the Cuyama Valley for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; and c) Determine that the proposed actions are for the establishment of solid waste handling and disposal fees charged by the County which are for the purpose of meeting operating expenses and financial reserves; that no expansion of services or facilities will result; that the proposed action is therefore exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15273(a) (1) (2) (3) and (4); and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
