Title: Consider recommendations regarding a California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) Participation Agreement for Peer Support Specialist Certification Program Fiscal Years (FYs) 2021-2023, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the CalMHSA Peer Support Specialist Certification Program Participation Agreement 1084-PSSC-2021-SB to develop, implement, and administer all components of the new Medi-Cal certification program under the Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health and Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery Systems in accordance with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Behavioral Health Information Notice 21-041 from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 at no cost to the members; and b) Determine that the above action is a government funding mechanism or other government fiscal activity, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project that may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment and is therefore not...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding a California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) Participation Agreement for Peer Support Specialist Certification Program Fiscal Years (FYs) 2021-2023, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the CalMHSA Peer Support Specialist Certification Program Participation Agreement 1084-PSSC-2021-SB to develop, implement, and administer all components of the new Medi-Cal certification program under the Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health and Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery Systems in accordance with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Behavioral Health Information Notice 21-041 from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 at no cost to the members; and
