Title: Consider recommendations regarding Third Amendment to Agreement with Good Samaritan Shelter Services for Discharge Planning Services at the Santa Barbara County Jail, as follows: a) Approve, authorize, and ratify the Chair to execute a Third Amendment to Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Good Samaritan Shelter Services (a local vendor) to provide discharge planning services to inmates incarcerated at the Santa Barbara County Jail for the period of July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00, and for the period of July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00, and for the period of July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, in the amount not to exceed $95,000.00; and b) Determine that the activity is not a "Project" subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(5), since the activity is an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in direc...
