Title: Consider recommendations regarding the acceptance of a Cash Donation of $100,000.00 for Hot Springs Trail Staffing, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Accept a cash donation of up to $100,000.00 from neighbors of Hot Springs Trail for the one-time funding of Hot Springs Trail staff and gates; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0008488 necessary to recognize the value of the donation and adjust current year appropriations; and c) Determine that the above recommended actions are not the approval of a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the project is a creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment.
