Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Agreement with Community Solutions Incorporated (CSI) Fiscal Year 2022-2023, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a First Amendment to the Agreement for Services (No. BC 22001) of Independent Contractor with CSI, to add section "VII Batterer's Intervention Program (BIP)" to Exhibit A, Statement of Work, and amending Attachment B-1 to Exhibit B, "Schedule of Fees" adding $94,439.00 to the total amount of the contract; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), finding that these activities are covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment, and where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that these activities may have a significant effect on the environment, the activities are not subj...

Title
