On July 22, 2021, California Fish and Wildlife and other regulatory agencies conducted a site visit at the Toro Canyon Oil Water Separator at 1073 Toro Canyon Road. The County then worked with the regulators regarding a section of leaking oil pipeline and remediation of oil-contaminated soil in the area. On May 4, 2021, the Board approved acceptance of a Cleanup and Abatement Account Grant from the State Water Resources Control Board to fund some of this repair work.
